Obituary of Margaret A. Paul

Feeding Hills- Margaret A. Paul, 79, passed away April 19, 2023. Daughter of the late Hector and Mary (Kruglis) Clement, she was born on March 7, 1944 in Holyoke and attended Holyoke High School. At the age of 17, Margaret married the love of her life, Edward, and they have been inseparable ever since. Margaret and Edward had 2 children and she devoted her time to being a loving mother and wife. After her children were grown, Margaret was employed with Pioneer Developmental Services as a recreation specialist and personal home care aid for children with disabilities. She enjoyed traveling to Vermont and Hampton Beach, collecting tea cups, bowling, and spending time with her family. Besides her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by her sister, Mary Allen, and brother, Richard Clement. She will be greatly missed by her husband of 61 years, Edward R. Paul, and their children, Sharon M. Corliss and husband Ron, and Brian E. Paul. She also leaves her two grandchildren that she loved whole-heartedly, Tyler and Cameron Corliss. Margaret's family would like to thank Awilda Aponte, Margaret's personal care attendant, for the care and compassion shown to her throughout the years. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 24th at the Beers & Story South Hadley Funeral Home from 5:00-6:30pm with personal reflections to be shared at 6:30pm. Family and friends are invited to gather at the funeral home on April 25th at 10am for a funeral procession to Notre Dame Cemetery where Margaret will be laid to rest.
