Obituary of Susan G Bussing

Ware-Susan G. (Youngs) Bussing, 74, passed away April 12, 2023.  She was born in Springfield on April 13, 1948, daughter of the late Albert Youngs and Dorothy (Lasinski) Youngs of Belchertown.  Susan grew up in Springfield and has lived in Ware for over 30 years.  In her leisure, she enjoyed crafting, ceramics, sewing and cooking.  Susan also enjoyed shopping and was a valued Amazon customer.  Her greatest treasure was her family and she will be dearly missed by them.  Besides her mother, she will be dearly missed by her husband Clarence J. and their children, Sharlene Deveno and husband Andy of Holyoke, Christine Winterle and significant other Keith Banish of Southwick and Vicki DeSantis and husband Joe of Ellington, CT.  Susan also leaves her beloved grandchildren, Bianca and Mariah Winterle and Henry and Kylee DeSantis as well as siblings, Timothy Youngs and Chris, Wendy Chase and Roland, Elaine Casey and Judy Kennedy.  Several nieces, nephews and cousins along with special niece Kimberly Halgas will also cherish her memory.  Besides her father, Susan is also predeceased by a brother, William Youngs.  Visitation will be Tuesday April 18 from 3:00-5:00 p.m. with a closing prayer to conclude at the Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home.
