Obituary of Donna Francine Brown

Three Rivers- Donna Francine Brown, 76, passed away October 12, 2022 at her home. She was born on October 5, 1946 in Hartford, Connecticut to the late Frank E. and Josephine M. (Zimmerman) Miller. After earning her Associate Degree, Donna worked as a Registered Nurse at Baystate Wing Hospital and later worked at the Jewish Geriatric Center as an RN Supervisor until her retirement. Donna was very creative and loved sewing, painting, crocheting, and making silhouettes and jewelry pieces. She also enjoyed going to the casino with her late husband, Kenneth, where she would play slots as he played poker. Most of all, Donna loved her family and her animals. She was a devoted wife, a loving mother, and a proud grandmother. Besides her parents, Donna was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Kenneth E. Brown, on October 12, 2022, and by their daughter, Christine Saletnik, on September 15, 2022. She is survived by two daughters, Lori Warren (Michael) and Sharon Lemieux (Matthew). She also leaves behind her five grandchildren, Michelle (Jimmy), Derek (Theresa), Sarah, Logan, and Madison and five great grandchildren Makayla, Brianna, Kelsey, Evan, and Sophia. Visitation will be Saturday October 22 from 1:00-4:00 p.m. at the Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home. Burial will be held at the family's convenience.
