Kip and Cookie and their family were wonderful neighbors for 25 years. I miss them.

I'm glad to have had Mr. Keith as a neighbor. What I remember from 30 years ago was him walking early in the morning to meet his ride to AO, the riding lawnmower that seemed to be a part of him, and the ferocity with which he waged war with the dandelions. I didn't know his sense of humor until I returned as an adult. He seemed to smile a lot more, and when a large limb would fall on his side of the stone wall, he'd ask me not to throw over the real big ones.

David, Bobby, Debbie & Patty - Having lost a father too, I know that you are having mixed feelings right now. Glad that he's at peace, and sad because you and your families are missing him as an active part of your lives. He will be with you - look for the little signs, and keep his memory alive with your children. I remember Kip as a family man - always there to be helpful. Follow in his footsteps, and feel his presence in your life!
